We take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations and this data protection declaration.
We do not save any personal data unless you contact us by email or other means. In this case, we have to save the details for processing the request and in case of follow-up questions. We will not pass this data on to others without your consent (except to our technical development partner or provider).
If you decide against using the cloud functions, all data (task with with titel, description and day) remains on the device. All data remains stored in the app on your device and does not leave it without your consent (e.g. only if you create a backup of the device in a cloud storage of your choice).
If you choose to use the cloud features, all tasks will be synced to the cloud. Random keys are generated for the assignment for the personal account and the group accounts, which have no additional personal information.
The tasks can be automatically deleted from the server 6 months after expiration. Please note that the data can be analyzed by technical staff to improve the user experience.
When using the cloud functions, when accessing the help page and when loading the advertising entries, our server and provider automatically saves information in so-called server log files, which are automatically transmitted by the device (possible information: IP address, time, Device type, browser, operating system, host name of the accessing device). This data is not directly assignable to people and is not automatically merged with other data sources. However, we reserve the right to check this data retrospectively if we become aware of specific indications of illegal use.
This data and all data from the cloud are stored by our hosting provider Hostpoint AG, Neue Jonastrasse 60, CH-8640 Rapperswil-Jona, whose data protection declaration can be found here.
Google fonts could be used on websites accessed in the app (help pages). As far as we know, no personal data is stored by Google. For technical reasons, however, your IP address must be transmitted to Google so that the fonts can be transferred to your device. You can find more information from Google on Google Fonts here.
You have the right to get free information about your stored personal data, its origin and recipient and the purpose of data processing as well as the right to correct, block or delete this data at any time. You can contact us at any time at the address given in the imprint if you have any further questions about personal data.
